Hi all!

Back in my extract brewing days, my favorite beer was the true brew Canadian ale. Unfortunately, now that I've shifted to all grain, I find myself missing it. Does anyone have any ideas on an all grain version of this beer? Unfortunately, due to the limited content on the web, I can't categorize the beer stylistically. Any help is appreciated.

Here is a link to the beer I'm talking about. https://www.kegerator.com/canadian-ale-true-brew-ingredient-kit/K16.html

Cheers!
Casey

It looks like it's all light DME/LME so you could probably just use 100% 2-row with Willamette hops. Or you can add in a pound or so of Vienna or Munich malt to add some depth.

Possible grain bill:

10lbs 2-row (Canadian if you can get if for authenticity!)
1lb light Munich
