I would agree that time is the best method of clearing but this wine has been sat in a carboy for 9 months and still won't clear. No room in fridge so need some form of clearing agent. Any ideas appreciated?
Sparkaloid usually works well and is easy to use, not sure if you can get it in the UK. Have you checked what you can get in the UK and then maybe post here what you found and if they work well in fruit wines? WVMJ
