Hi All,
My second batch of hard cider is almost ready to move over to secondary but it hasn't cleared like my first batch (using different apple cider this time). I was wondering if it was fine to add a clearing agent like Pectic Enzyme when I transfer it to secondary or can it only be added at the start of brewing? I'm assuming this is fine but wanted to make sure I don't mess the cider up somehow as I don't mind drinking cloudy cider if that is what it comes down to. Thanks for the help!
