Why is It that I will keg a beer and it will be super clear, but after it sits in the fridge for a few days it gets way cloudy. What is causing this? Is there any way to keep my berr clear once I keg and chill it?

After a month they clear up, but I just don't understand what is going in here...

It does sound like chill haze, Polyclar is a very cheap powder than specifically reduces chill haze.

+1. Also, adding 1/2 a crushed whirlfloc tab @ 10 min left in the boil then allowing the kettle gunk to settle 15-20 min before transfer to the fermenter will help avoid this.

Cold conditioning over time will also help to clear some chill haze, so you may see an improvement if the keg doesn't get consumed quickly. :D
