What should I lean my tap line(50 feet stainless coil in a cooler) and tap with. Is flushing it w/water and then Star San good enough? Or flush it with Oxy clean then Star San or something else?

Star San is a good sanitizer, but a lousy cleaner. And beer stone is intrinsically stubborn.

I run standard Beer Line Cleaner solution using a popular DYI hand pumped rig whenever I change a keg, followed by a thorough rinse with Star San, and finished with a few ounces of dumped first-draw brew from the new keg (kill two birds at once).

Cheers!
