I like good sanitation, and I love saving time and effort. Is it copasetic to clean my ball lock quick disconnects by pumping cleaner (PBW) and then sanitizer (StarSan) through them for 15 minutes, or should I really take them apart and soak them? What's acceptable, and what's best practice?

And on the same topic, keg posts and pressure relief valves. I normally soak the corny lids without disassembling, and pump through the keg posts likewise. Is that sufficient?

After soaking for 4 minutes the sanitizer is done doing what it's got to do... I often dunk or spray and be done to with it.. never an issue.
Soaking your ball valve ball for 20 mins will strip the chrome coating off of it.
