The clamp I used in my mash run has rusted. Do they make them in stainless?

The hose clamp? If so, almost all of them are stainless. You may find a cheapie in nickel plated spring steel but I haven't seen any.

Thanks. I will double check. The rust is near my ball valve and I thought it was coming from the clamp.

just because it rusted doesn't mean its not stainless. cheap 300 series (302)and 400 series magnentic stainless will rust. 309-316 are the corrosion resistant certified, 304 is usually pretty corrosion resistant.

Your mostly right. 303 and 416 will get spotty, but they won't just full on rust like a carbon steel. However, a hose clamp would never be made from 303, because 303 is free machining stainless and as such is relatively brittle and doesn't lend itself to the application. 416 really don't either, and it would be easy to check because it is magnetic as you stated. Also, neither of these are particularly cheap. You're correct on the rest. My guess is 304 or 316 for most hose clamps.
