And it isn't for anything beer related. Well on my way to eliminating all hose barbs and clamps. But what to do with all these excess clamps?

Put them on an engine, of course, where they belong.

Since I moved onto duotight my incidences of leaks, both liquid and gas, have been almost nonexistent. The one leak I did have was entirely my fault.

Such a huge upgrade. Get rid of those clamps!

This has to be one of the most complicated AIO brew system I've ever seen! Somehow I think CIP will not work to keep this system clean. Oh, it's not a photo of your brew system? :p
CIP on that would be awesome. Probably get some corrosion over time though!

I was doing some work on my car and ended up having to replace a hose and noticed that my clamps were getting pretty funky. Looked around the shed to find some replacements but couldn't find any and remembered all the ones I had in my brewing stuff!

Yeah, me too.. Saw the "DOHC" and assumed it mean something like; 'Dissolved Oxygen Heat Control" and was hoping to learn more esoteric LODO concepts.
Oh well.

I’ve found the opposite with duotights. The hose has to be cut exactly square and exit the duotight dead strait or they’ll leak. Barbs and one ear clamp is the best and a dam site less bulky than those cheap plastic things. If it comes to having hoses removable I use festo air hose pushin fittings. Much better and have never had one of those leak
