1 lb clear candi sugar 9.1%
12 Oz local savannah GA orange blossom honey in primary after high krausen

.5 Oz saaz 60 min 6.8 ibus
.5 Oz saaz 10 min 2.5 ibus
1 Oz citra hop stand 30 mins 15.6 ibus

Misc
.5 Oz coriander seed 5 min
.5 Oz orange peel, bitter 5 mins
.5 Oz Irish moss 15 min

Yeast
Ommegang Hennepin Saison bottle cultured yeast, 1.5L starter

Mash at 150F 60 mins
Ferment at 70-74F 4 weeks. Bottle conditioning 2 weeks.
