Brewed this tnite..... Tried the latitude 48 deconstructed and my fiancé really liked the mosaic ipa so figured I would try something with it.... Thought the Columbus and cascade would be a good contrast with the mosaic..... Anyone try something similar that could weigh in on how it worked out?
