This is my first brew of all grain. Getting some great aroma, but the flavor is a little more thin than id like... Anyway, any critiques of the recipe would be great.

CitrAm Pale Ale

5.75 gallon batch
5.5 ABV
58 IBU

9.75lbs - Pale 2-Row
2.5lbs - Vienna Malt
.5lbs - Carafoam
.5lbs Crystal 80L

Mash for 75 min @ 148, batch sparge @ 168

1oz Citra first wort

60 min boil

1oz Citra @ 40 min (20 minutes in boil)
1 whirlfloc @ 45 min
.5oz Citra @ 45 min
.5oz Amarillo @ 45 min
1oz Citra @ 55 min
1oz Citra @ 59 min

Wort chiller used to cool to 72

Pitched 2 American Ale II

Fermented for 5 days (fast!) @ 70

Secondary for 3 days @ 72 (Dry hopped with 1.5oz each of Citra and Amarillo)

Bottle conditioned for 2 weeks.

Thoughts?

I am not really a fan of citra additions anytime before 5 min. Not sure why but I just find it to be harsh.
