Hey guys,

I'm about to get rolling on this 5.5gal recipe I put together from a few online sources, and wanted to get your opinions. I have some fresh/dry Cascade hops in my freezer from a family friend which started the creative process. I've tweaked what I've seen online and have tried to take some opinions to heart in terms of the hop schedule. Let me know thoughts! This will be my 2nd all-grain and 2nd kegged brew.

I'll take the stunned silence as a good thing... :) I was considering adding grapefruit zest to the secondary as well. Has anyone tried this with positive results?
