Hey guys,
So I completely forgot about Cinco de Mayo coming up and forgot that it's on a Saturday too!! Party time! Anyways, I wanted to make Dos Equis amber, but it is a little to late for that... unless someone has any recommendations on a yeast I could use to make this as an ale or a good steam beer? I am open to any Mexican or Central American style beers, but kind of on a time constraint as May 5th is a few weeks away!
