I've made a few batches of cider previously that turned out well. I have ordered some ingredients to do a Flanders Brown Ale, and ordered this strain of yeast to experiment. Two gallon apple juice organic and half a gallon of Pom Wonderful. Any thoughts or ideas as to make this work and turn out beautifully? I know this strain has some Brettanomyces in it and was wondering if anyone has experimented with this type of thing previously?
