Hi,
I am new to brewing and wanted to make a hard cider. I went to a home brew store, and the guy suggested using a beer yeast and that it will be sweet enough. Well I just tired a bottle and it was super dry. I am reading up on Back Sweeting and it seems like it has to be done before bottling. Is it possible to back sweeten after bottling and priming or am I out of luck on this one?

Attach a small bottle of simple syrup w/ cinnamon and apple concentrate on the side with directions to mix the two before drinking...kinda like apoxy glue does.
Give away as xmas gifts...
A bit strange but yummy.
And lots of fun working out the proper dose....
Have fun
Cheers

Check the cider or wine forum for a non sugar sweetner. Wont restart the fermentaion over again. Starts with an X, xyitol or something like that.
