Hi,
I recently read a great article from Pappers's Gallery about pasteurizing my cider after bottling to keep bottles from exploding from continued carbonation. I did this and it worked well, but now when I open a bottle there is some crusty stuff at the top of the bottle which used to be at the bottom. Not a big problem for me, but dont know what others might think if I offered them a bottle of cider and saw that.
If anyone knows how to avoid this, I would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Pete
