Hey guys, im new to the forums and fairly new to cider brewing. Ive brewed beer before but just recently started cider because i have developed a really lame hops allergy and cider is my new go to drink. I really enjoy the taste of Magners because it has a deep and rich almost woody taste while not being too sweet or too dry.
Ive got a pretty small home setup for now but when our house is finished i will have my own area of the garage to brew my brains out. Im going to be starting a new batch in a few days and was wondering if any of you have ever used any off the organic flavorings and if so what ones and how well did they work. My 5th Batch i made had a perfect apple finish and just a hint of sweetness. After fermentation i added just a tiny bit of Apple Juice Concentrate to my cider and it turned out almost exactly how i like my cider. I was thinking about doing a cinnamon or apple pie flavored cider for my wife as a christmas gift because she really like to drink cider with a shot of fireball whisky in it. Any tips or help is greatly appreciated!

Angry Orchard with a shot of Fireball = Angry Balls :D

There are lots of flavored cider recipes floating around here.

I have used organic apple and cherry concentrates from Nature's Flavors, but you have to be reeeeealy careful with them because they're incredibly concentrated. Like 1/4 teaspoon per gallon is more than enough.
