Looking around the LHBS, and I saw a couple cider kits. They seem to contain everything except dextrose and water. A little bit pricey at about $40 each, but I figure that's about what I'd spend on 6 gallons of cider and yeast anyways.
First one I will try is Brewers Best Cider House Select Mixed Berry Cider. The kit will make 6 gallons, and they say the ABV will be 4.7%. Link to the instructions is below.

The second one is Muntons Premium Gold Cider Autumn Blush. This one I have to do the math because the units are in liters and UK Pints, but it looks like 4.5 US gallons (17 liters). Link to the instructions is below.

I'd like to hear feedback from others that have tried these kits. I will post my results when I try them in the next week or two.
