So I have had my cider in the carboy with two cups of brown sugar and one pack of yeast with the yeast nutrient for about 5 days and it has stopped bubbling. Is there something wrong with it? Shouldn't it ferment for at least two weeks?

Where did you buy the cider. Did you treat the cider before adding the yeast?

That's such a small amount of sugar that it has definitely hit terminal gravity already, given the fact that you used energizer. I use about twice that amount of sugar and mine always finishes in 7 days.

A ferment will never take two weeks when it has proper nutrients.

Just relax and wait for it to clear.
