After 6 months of waiting to bottle my yearly cider making I was bummed out to find a few ants had somehow found their way into the 3 piece airlock and drowned. Along with their floating carcasses was a thin white growth inside the airlock (which must be alcohol tolerant since I use vodka in there).

Bigger issue is that infection spread to the cider, and there appears small growths on the surface. It's not a massive infection, and doesnt smell bad.

I can keg this batch if need be but I was going to bottle. I've never made a sour or bottled infected beer, what can I use to make sure everything is dead or stripped out just to be on the safe side?

Since its a cider, could you bottle and stove top pasturise to kill off any unwanted critters?
You should ask this on the cider forum, someone over there should be able to help you out.
