I am looking to brew myself a "Christmas" Nut Brown and have come up with a recipe I am likely going to try out. Any suggestions or critiques are welcome.
5 Gallon
9 lbs 2-Row Brewers Malt
1 lbs Caramel Malt 10L
1 lbs Munich 10L Malt
.50 lbs Biscuit
.33 lbs Chocolate Malt
1 oz Fuggle (Pellets, 4.75 %AA) boiled 60 min.
0.50 oz East Kent Goldings (Pellets, 5 %AA) boiled 5 min.
Adjuncts : (All added in the secondary or bottling)
Vanilla Extract
Golden Raisin Extract
Black Tea (Brewed and then added)
Yeast : White Labs WLP001 California Ale
