If you have questions now you are a silly **** and should pack it in right now.

now mix the wet to the dry ingredients slowly so there isnt any flour streaks then stop. pour into muffin cups and bake 20-25 min.

FROSTING!

1-8 oz pack cream cheese ( softened)
1- 4 oz stick butter ( softened)
2 cups powdered sugar
6 tblsp irish cream and a shot of whiskey if you like a boozey icing.
whip the **** out of all this together untill it looks creamy and ice your cupcakes.
add more sugar if you need it thicker.
