2 cups all purp flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp bak soda
1 cup sugar,
1/2 cup brown sugar , if its brown , use it.
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
1 - 12 oz bottle of guinness extra stout

heat your oven to 350 .
wisk dry ingredients
in another bowl, beat butter and sugars untill fluffy
add egg while beating, add other egg with vanilla while beating.
add sour cream while beating then slowly pour in guinness while still beating.
If you have questions now you are a silly sh!t and should pack it in right now.

now mix the wet to the dry ingredients slowly so there isnt any flour streaks then stop. pour into muffin cups and bake 20-25 min.

FROSTING!

1-8 oz pack cream cheese ( softened)
1- 4 oz stick butter ( softened)
2 cups powdered sugar
6 tblsp irish cream and a shot of whiskey if you like a boozey icing.
whip the sh!t out of all this together untill it looks creamy and ice your cupcakes.
add more sugar if you need it thicker.
