The wife says the bubbling airlock sounds like Chinese water torture. Of course I disagree. Especially on this batch since it had a slow start but now is fermenting like a champ. Of course she won't complain in a few weeks when she sippin on a glass of homebrew. Just thought I'd share.

Yeah sorry but she's crazy some of the best sleep I get is when I hear my blow off tube bubbling away sometimes I hang out in my brew closet just to hear it. Don't tell her she already thinks I'm weird.
