Looking to first start brewing with the easiest of all : rice wine. Plus I like the fact of, presumably the healthier low sugar content of the finished brew, and the probiotic element.
With regards to the "sweet" and "dry" yeast packets for making rice wine, will the dry produce a lower final sugar content, and higher alcohol?
If so which dry yeast should I buy?
And as I'm in Ireland can you generally only order the yeast on Amazon, or do Brewing sites often sell locally?
