0.5 lb Crystal 60
2.0 oz Black Roasted

Mash at 153°F for 60 Minutes; strike water = 165-168F


Hop Bill
----------------
1 oz Cascade Pellet @ 60 Minutes
1 oz Cascade Pellet @ 30 Minutes
1 oz Tettnanger Pellet @ 15 Minutes
1 oz Tettnanger Pellet @ Flame Out


By request, I have made this several times now for friends. :mug:
Future variation might change out the first Cascade for AAU equivalent of Mosaic.

Looks similar to my red ale I like to do

10 lb domestic two row

2 lb crystal 40

2 oz black roasted

2 oz willamette @ 60 min

US-05

Mash 156 for 60 minutes.

Usually comes out about 5.5% nice easy drink everyone enjoys.
