I finally dipped my toes into the home brewing pool a few months ago only to find its more like quicksand, 2 months and 8 brews in I feel like I'm getting to know the lingo and the basics of the process so I'm looking forward to picking the collective brain of the HBT forums, and contributing when I can (most likely in the form of a sweeping generality or sarcastic comment.)

Plenty of knowledge of just about anything floating around here somewhere. I'm sure you'll find plenty of ways to expand your "hobby" in directions you haven't even thought of yet.

Yeah when I started I never imagined a simple Google search for Alpha vs Beta amalayse would end hours later looking at HERMS setups and temperature controllers...
