Brewing every two weeks for exactly one year now… 26 batches.

Joined looking for kegging info... I have been asked to provide beer for a wedding, but have only been bottling up to this point.

All-Grain brewing from the start. Fabricated all my own brewing equipment… a 10 gallon stainless steel boil kettle, and two 10 gallon igloo coolers. Need to build a keg washer next.

I have made a combination blow-out and yeast collection bucket. Have been able to reuse yeast up to five times.

Quaffables to date…

Dazy Dunkelweizen
Alki Blonde Ale
Deweizen (wheat ale) -- my favorite this last summer
Alki Altbier
Alki Beach House Saison (STILL fermenting)
Beach Bumpkin Pumpkin (just last Friday)

I also am interested in brewing some lagers as I have just been doing all ales.

Sounds like you have been busy for the past year, and no better way to break into the craft than brewing every other week. There is a ton of info here about kegging, just ask the question. Welcome to the Forum! :mug:

Welcome to HBT! Sounds like you have experience that we hope you will share with us relative noobs. So when ya build that keg washer make sure ya share some pics and such.

Cheers!
