The Incomplete Idiot
Hello folks! I'm new to HBT and have been homebrewing for three years.
I started when I lived in Australia and was working part time at a microbrewery. Since returning to the states, I've picked up the pace with brewing and trying new and weird recipes and ingredients.
Ideally, I try to squeeze a brew day every two weeks or so. I'm about to get started on growing my own hops (Centennial, Chinook, and Serebrianka) and could probably use a few pointers on how to get the best yield out of a few plants.
You might see me in the sections that have strange ingredients, Aussie/NZ hops, and weird recipes.
