Hello all! What a great source of information for the homebrewer. I have been reading for a few weeks and learning from other peoples questions and mistakes. I know to be patient with my yeast, I know that a non-bubbling airlock is not a sign of the end of fermentation(thanks Revvy) and I know that you guys have a lot of information to share. Star is smack dab in the middle of North Carolina near the Uwharrie Mountains. I brew about every weekend and have some friends here that do the same. Thanks for the discussions, and information!
