Hello fellow home brewers ...
I started partial extract brewing back in March and I'm getting ready for my first AG batch next weekend. Been gathering as much info as possible on HBT (which is AWESOME) and YouTube. The last of my AG equipment will arrive next week via FedEx and I'll be AG-ing from here on out. Can't wait to taste that first AG brew. The partial extracts have been great and it'll only get better with AG.
This hobby is ADDICTING. I'm already looking into kegging and a keezer build (bottling is a pain) and planning a hop garden next spring.
Thanks for all the info you guys (and gals) impart. I soon hope to lend my "expert" advice in the future as I learn more about this addiction.
