New to the forum. Every time I search for some new ideas, you guys come up so I figured I come on in.
I've been brewing for 5 years now and just recently upgraded to 10Gal+ all grain thanks to a large Igloo cooler and a Keggle.
I'm kind of a "wing it" brewer. I've made several recipes that I like but usually change it up a bunch. I figure it helps me learn what the different elements are doing to the final product.
