Mornin' folks. Right now my bottles are sitting in a large plastic tub, soaking away in a sanitizer. I've got 24 old green bottles my grandfather used to use to brew and make root beer with (quite lovely, long slow taper) and 24 "normal" brown beer bottles. While looking through my bottles, I also found a couple empty bottles of the beer I made when I married my ex wife 17 years ago; Connubial Bliss. I'd made about 12 gallons or so and it was very tasty. Mild hop flavor, malt extract and medium dark grains so it had a light amber color.

Anyway, I have my trusty BBQ apron, lots of bottles, and a very nice melomel I'd made last year that contains about every fruit I had in my kitchen that day (blueberries, yellow mango, tamarind, $DEITY knows what else). I'm ready. I'm geared. I'm mildly tipsy.

I'm ready.
