Cereal beer?

have a brew club challenge to make a cereal beer... Question is when to add the cereal?
1. add when sparging?
2. add at the end of boil?
3. add at end of fermentation maybe secondary?
4. make a tincture of the cereal and add it at bottling?
If any one has been successful at this please tell me how you did it.

I had to make a beer with Reeses Puffs cereal for a club event. I threw some of the cereal into the mash (though I don't think it did much) and then added a tincture to the finished keg.

I posted last year about one that I made for a club competition. It was good enough to win a small club competition. I added all the cereal to the mash, but adding some to the end of the boil may have added more flavor. I had not thought about a tincture at the time, but I could see that working well.
