I love CM, but $6 for a DIPA? I get these are expensive to make, but damn. I've slowed down going to CM because of the cost

"Holy smokes! Look at these sweet Vastness of Space 42cL imperial stout Sensorik glasses! They are available to purchase in house for $13!
Speaking of that, nows the perfect time to announce a surprise dual bottle release next Tuesday, December 19. Dark beer fans rejoice, we will be selling 22oz bottles of Imperial Coffee and Cigarettes as well as 500mL bottles of Bourbon Barrel Vastness of Space imperial stout.
BBVoS has been aged in Breckinridge Bourbon barrels for 18 months. $20 per bottle, 4 per person.
Imperial Coffee and Cigs clocks in at about 11% and is loaded with over 4 lbs of Sightglass Coffee per barrel. $12 a bottle, 12 per person!"

That price includes tax, right?
They usually do include tax but either way, that's a tough pill to swallow.

In other news, I'm swinging by there tonight ahead of the Bay Area Benefit Concert. If anyone is around, first pint is on me.

Excited for the glasses. Love space.

I'm hoping there are still bottles around this evening. Was hoping to get a break around 12 to head over, but not in the cards.

When are Cellarmaker (or Alvarado St for that matter) going to get dinged for copyright/trademark violation?

If you never plan on making the beer again anyway, then is there really much of a legal risk?

Obviously they’ve since remade and changed the label on Double Dobis, but these one off collaborations seem like the time to toe/step over the line if you’re going to.
