If you never plan on making the beer again anyway, then is there really much of a legal risk?

Obviously they’ve since remade and changed the label on Double Dobis, but these one off collaborations seem like the time to toe/step over the line if you’re going to.

Maybe someone is interested to swap one or two of Thursday's saison bottles for some of Tuesday's cans? I will be out of town on Thursday but will probably stand in line on Tuesday and won't buy more than a four pack of each for myself.
