I filled my CCT (SS Brewtech Brewmaster Edition) for the first time with 2 batches of beer :) June 8 first batch fermented, added second batch a week later).

Draining yeast went fine (just can't judge the transition from yeast rubbing and young beer and am afraid to wash away too much).

A few days ago cold-hopped with hop pellets loose in the kettle; if I purge now, as expected, a thick knit comes out, but if I open the butterfly valve only a little bit, mainly young beer comes out and the coat stays in place. I am afraid that if I open the tap a lot, the yeast / hop "pasta" will shoot out and immediately after that a full load of beer.

Tips how I can regulate e.e.a.?
