The ability to pre-purchase bottles from releases and pick them up once every 3 months makes it completely worth it to me.

Yeah, pretty much this. I don't care as much about bottles being exclusive to the club, its just a nice to be able to purchase bottles from each release without making the trip every month.

I think Casey is making some of the best beer in Colorado right now but $32 prepaid bottles is pretty steep, then combine that with the long drive which with ski season is going to be even longer then not close enough to make use of a tap room discount(if there is one) makes me not sad about missing out on this one. Now if he were in the front range....

No brainier at $320. Tshirt, stemware, and cradle is easily $50. Then add ability to purchase additional bottles online? Easy. Perfect timing too with crooked stave reserve going away. Can't wait to see what is in store for 2015.

I received an invite but I'm currently working in Canada so getting there quarterly is going to be pretty much impossible for me. If I sign up could anyone help me out with pickups? My sister lives in Denver too and could easily get them from you guys in that area so you wouldn't need to worry about shipping or anything, but I would still happily send some thank you boxes when I'm back in the States!

I really wish i could have made it up there for one the releases. Being a buyer at a store in Loveland and working damn near every Saturday at the store has its drawbacks. Hopefully when he is able to produce more quantity I will have a chance to try some of them. Batch 2 saison was fantastic.

Who made it out this weekend? Would love to hear how Brett Loves Citra and that new saison taste.

Brett Loves Citra was fantastic. Very low bitterness with tons of grapefruit and pineapple that really matched well with Troy's yeast profile.

East Bank was good. Not overly sweet but it lost a bit of the lactic bite that makes be love the Saison. My GF liked it a lot though.

Just listened to that Sour Hour podcast episode with Troy and he mentioned that Brett Loves Citra is 100% Citra. Not sure if he misspoke and meant 100% Brett but to me it seemed bitter for a traditional farmhouse which made it very interesting. Kinda reminded me of a tart, funky, pineapple-y IPA in a way and I loved it.

Agree on the East Bank comment, some of the tart punch of the Saison was replaced with a nice slightly sweet honeycomb character from the honey. Tasty indeed.

I'm pretty sure it's 100% Brett and 100% Citra. I loved it. Definitely one of the best 100% brett beers I've had.

I thought the East Bank was super tasty too. Slightly prefer the regular saison, but I'll be drinking the **** out of this.

Any locals have an extra Brett loves citra that they're willing to part with? Would love to give it a try.

Anyone who signed up willing to help a girl out? I'm looking to split a membership OR buy one member bottle per release. PM me and thanks!!

New East Bank Blend that I'm in love with, blows previous blends out of the water. New blends of Cherry and Peach Fruit Stand. Made with whole fruit from Hotchkiss and Palisade, respectively. Oak Theory is our Belgian-style sour. Aged almost 11 months, this will remind you of a Belgian sour beer. Dry hopped version is with Galaxy and Simcoe. Advanced Oak Theory is the beer aged in "exotic" barrels (aka not neutral wine barrels) and this version was fermented and aged in Colorado whiskey barrels from Denver, CO. More details in the near future. "

Wow. Want all of these. Glad things seem to be going so well there.

I believe they will be made with some of the same cultures, so should be similar. But I'm willing to bet he has experimented and dialed in quite a bit since those early batches.

A friend got to try the new Oak Theory (the new Belgian Style Sour) at the February release said it blew colrambic out of the water.

Can anybody gopickitupformebro a couple bottles of East Bank and a Peach Fruit Stand? I'll pay for shipping and send a San Diego box of gratitude.

Don't go on sale until March 14th and the limits aren't up yet. I think you'll have a better shot after they are posted
I figure I might as well get on the wagon early, but good point. I'll come back to this thread later.

Just a heads up- it's a 8 hour round trip for most, considerably longer with weather. Not an easy pickupformebro
Also a good point, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.
