4Lbs US 2-Row
1lb Crystal 10
8oz CaraPils
3.3 Lbs Light LME

1oz Cascade @ 60
1oz Cascade @ 15
1oz Cascade @ 2

Boil For 60 minutes

For Extract Sub out the 4 lbs of 2 row with 3.3 lbs of Light LME making 6.5ish Lbs total
 
i think you get a lot more hop aroma and flavor from a 5/0 addition versus a 15/2 addition. i'm assuming you have a wort chiller.
 
Anyone still looking at this, I've had some time to mess with this a little bit and have brewed it a few times, I find the beer does come out better from hopping at 60/15/5. I also have lowered the Crystal 10 down from 1lb to 8oz and it turned out great. Also first time around I fermented at about 70, and the past 2 times I was able to keep it at around 64 and it has turned out great. Pretty simple recipe, drinks easy, and as a single hop beer helps you know what cascade will taste like and what it can do using different applications of it (bittering, flavoring, scent)
