I've never used a heat belt on a carboy to raise the temp at the end of fermentation and would like to try that. Wondering if folks have any recommendations on the type or brand? Also, cost is an issue - I'm just trying this out, I don't want to spend much on something I'm not sure I will even use.
FYI, I ferment ales in a walk-in ferm room set at 65F and lagers in a fridge set at 50F. I use another fridge set at 32F for lagering and cold crashing and aging.
