I just brewed my first all grain batch and it is finished fermenting just fine, but a week into it I was an idiot and accidentally left my carboy heating pad on for about 24 hours. By the time I caught it the strip thermometer on the carboy was not registering and I am guessing the temp was in the mid 90's. Is there any way to tell if I killed the yeast? I have to bottle this batch and am concerned it won't carbonate now. Thanks.
