Has anyone ever had this problem with a tiny leak at the mouth of the carboy with a blowoff tube inserted? The first evidence was a tiny hissing bubbling noise. Im not concerned during fermentation and I have wrapped it in foil for now. Any ways to fix if it is a small crack in the neck of the glass? This is on the inner mouth. Thanks.

dont think so. I would just use the blow off tube until its almost done fermenting then switch to an airlock.

Mine does that too. I think it's because my blow off tube is slightly too small and there is a very tiny gap. I never really worry about it and use an airlock once the large fermentation has taken place. Haven't had any issues
