I'll lay out the scenario briefly. All grain brew a Strong Scotch Ale, using the recipe in the Master Home Brewer's Bible. Primary fermentation at 65 degrees for 2 weeks, secondary at 50 degrees for 2 months. Let beer warm to room temp, primed with 3/4 cup corn sugar, and bottled. Same ol' procedure that I've been following since the beginning, with no probs. I usually have pretty significant carbonation after about 2 weeks, but so far on this batch, hardly anything. Should I need not worry until about 2 months pass and still have nothing, or should I be concerned now? If by some freak thing that the beer is just dead, is there any way I can revive it?
