I am brewing my beer in the only room I can. The brew kettle is setting a 65 degrees. Will

this be a temp high enough to carbonate my beer. I looked in the files but found no

specifics. Please give a newbe a hand on this. By the way this is a great place to come for

good information. Thanks

Paul

I carb my beer in a room that is anywhere form 60F to 65F with no problems at all it just might take a little longer depending on the style of beer brewing

It will just take longer for your beer to carb and condition, since it's less than the 3 weeks at 70 for most grav beers. I run into this problem this time of year as well. I never expect my beer to be carbed in under 4-6 weeks.
