Carbonation technique

Doing tons of reading (mostly on these forums) but wanted to ask this before I forgot.

1) Is sani-brew safe on your hands?

2) I am using a canned brew kit (http://www.smartliketruck.com/images/beerdonebetter/beer-kit.jpg)

After siphoning to the carboy and the conditioning phase completes, can I simply add the sugar into the carboy, mix it, and than siphon to each bottle or does the sugar need to be added to each bottle individually?

Also the kit say's to wait 6-8 weeks once bottled to enjoy, is this really necessary if I am conditioning for a week in the carboy?

1-Can't help there but Id say yes.
2-Don't understand "siphoning to the carboy and the conditioning phase" Are you talking about using the carboy as a secondary? If so DON'T. Just leave it in the primary for 3 weeks.

3-Best way to bottle is to use a bottling bucket and wand. siphon to the bottling bucket after putting the priming sugar in the bucket. Try not to introduce O2 during this process. Or you could use carbonating tablets where you drop one in each bottle.
