Toured a Brewpub last weekend and asked their brewmaster how well their carbonation stones work. He said they fully carbonate their beer in about three hours at only 10-12 PSI!

The smaller homebrew stones sold at Chi say with 24 hours which still seems like a great idea, especially without the risk of over carbing with higher pressures.

Anyone else out there have any experience using either of these?

Looks promising. Although I never really worried that much about it, I just set at the right pressure for my carb level and leave it for a week or two. In a pinch these might save you, but I've always liked the extra time for the beer to mature and age out a little more.
