IMO, yes. It is also possible you are tasting what is called carbonic bite. This occurs when the CO2 has not been fully absorbed into the beer from lack of full conditioning time and you get a strong bite from the CO2. If this is the case, leave them in the fridge for additional time and it should dissipate.
