I'm about to bottle my first Pecan Porter this Sunday (can't wait!) and I plan on using 12 1/2 liter fliptop bottles (my favorite) and 8 1 liter plastic bottles that came with my Mr. Beer kit. My main question, and I'm sure it's not that big of a deal, is will I notice any difference in flavor between plastic and glass? Of course I plan on drinking my beer in glasses anyways (I think it's a sin not to) but will I really notice a difference?

I've never noticed a flavour difference, but have noticed inconsistent carbination in my new brown PET beer bottles that I've not noticed in my glass bottles or when I bottled whole batches in recycled 2 Liter pop bottles. Any body else ever notice this?
