I just filled a 2 liter bottle from my keg. Pushed the air out and screwed on the cap. I put my air line on with 11 psi and filled the bottle. I tightened it as much as I could but I can hear air leaking. What is going on?

Hmm, well, maybe it's too tight. I actually find that mine can be overtightened to the point where it starts leaking. You could try something like a couple of wraps of teflon pipe tape on the threads and see if that helps at all.

i'm assuming you're talking about the liquid bread "the carbonater" (not a homemade carbonator cap......)

i have 2 of them, a red one and a blue one, and they both leak around the post. apparently, the maker didn't intend for them to be connected to co2 continuously, otherwise the tolerances would be better.....

Yeah, both of mine also leak slighlty while connected to gas, but once removed the cap holds pressure fine.

Same with mine. I usually put some teflon tape around the gasket to get a better seal, and it's fine, till the tape wears away, but since it costs less than a penny, I just put on more next time.
