So I got no room in the kegerator right now but I have a keg that needs carbing. So I am starting it tonite at room temp (60ish F) at 30 psi. After this weekend I will have some free room in the kegerator. So then I just throw it in the kegerator at 12psi like normal right?

That sounds perfect. A keg at a temp around 60-ish and a psi of 30, gives almost the same carbonation in your beer as if it was in a kegerator around 36-ish.

I'm doing the same exact thing with my pipeline of kegs waiting for room the kegerator.

I used to do the same, would leave them at 30psi for a week or two and room temp before space in the kegerator opened up. Now I have an old chest freezer for carbing up in the winter and fermenting in the summer.
