I picked up my legal pad and sat down and worked this out with out looking at another recipe first. This is straight out of my head. I was craving a Caramello.
4# Light LME(60minBOIL)
2# Munich malt
1# Crystal 10L
8oz Chocolate malt--{ Mash all grains for 45min at 155 }
8oz Rolled oats
4oz Torrified wheat
1oz East Kent Goldings(60min)
.5oz East Kent Goldings(FO)
White Labs Edinburgh Scottish Ale(WLP028)
3/4 cups Belgian dark candy sugar(priming)
YUMA DUM DUM
